yes, i agree staff not the friendliest at the front desk. I thought the food was horrible there, even pancakes were cold like just out of the fridge and RAW! we ended up eating out a lot. Puerta Vallarta does have a problem with stray dogs. Every morn when I was there last dec i would walk by Sams and here was this dog laying in the corner of the parking lot and finally i guess i made the mistake of saying hi to him and whistling and then he came to me, he was so behaved did not even jump up on me and then he followed me even though i kept motioning for him to go back, i even would hide behind a wall and he walked beside me like i owned him, finally he turned back, i almost cried. if you love dogs you would be very disappointed at what you can see in pv, its so sad.
