Las Palmas Hotel!!!!!!

I have just been told by Puerto Vallerta Tourist Board that this hotel opens tomorrow.
I am going on 6th April and to be honest looking at those photos and reading peoples comments i dont want to go.

But they are saying its fully open and ready for guests!
First Choice Holdiays are sending someone today to determine if the hotel is fit for guests!

Let us know what you find out. They had an awful lot of work to do as of Mid February, but I guess anything is possible. My guess would be that all would not be functional, with construction still taking place. Beach was also less than desirable.

They now say they have cancelled all passengers going in March!!
They have relocated all these.

No one has any up to date details of the hotel which is so frustrating!!

Just returned from PV on March 9th , Was origanally booked into Las Palmas but were moved to Beunaventura Beach Club . We picked people up at the Plaza Pelaconas which is next door to the Las Palmas At 8:30 PM on the 8th . There is no way this hotel is going to be ready anytime soon maybe May . If I were you I would be looking for alternative accomadations . If you can get into the Beaunaventura Beach Club this was a great place the staff are the best and the Meals ( AI ) were quite good .
