Las Palmas or Pelicanos

I have to agree with the previous post. My wife and I stayed at the Pelicanos in January and thought it to be a very nice clean hotel. Stayed at the Buenaventura in May and it to was great. We would stay at the Pelicanos again but next time, November or January want to stay South of the river in the older parts of town.

Can one of the previous posters give me some more detail about the Pelicanos? Location, Rates, size, etc?

I stayed at Las Palmas in May, it was really good. Los Pelicanos looked nice also but Las Palmas definitely has more action. Los Pelicanos looked really really quiet.
