Las Palmas

Anyone out there been to Las Palmas in the last 6 mos? Stayed there last year and was pleased. Just wondering if things are the same.

I too was at Las Palmas with my family at Christmas time. Our feelings were somewhat different though. We did have trouble changing rooms to a better view. Eventually, it did happen and the view from the balcony was worth the wait. We were quite impressed at how clean the hotel was. In our opinion, the food was good. We have been to much fancier and more expensive places and the food at Las Palmas was just as good, and some nights better. The staff too was so super nice...except for some people working at the desk! The hotel may have declined somewhat from the way it used to be (from what I hear) but if it is still the way it was when we were there in December, you should have a good time. Have a great trip.

Hi, i am off to the Las Palmas on June 11th and after reading some of the reports i feel i may have chosen badly, however i will post comments on my return...............
