Looking for a good deal for next January, any tips?

My reply was to be start looking now, and I also agree with Tom, and low end AI might work you all as insurance against blowing too much dinero on partying leaving you with hitting an ATM for food near the end of your vacation. You can always hit good places to eat eventhough you are staying at an AI.
