Looking for condo early feb 2008

This is pretty late to find a condo for February, I checked the availability for seven units that I am familiar with, and they are all booked solid for the month.

Many condo owners spend the winter months there, the others are usually rented way in advance by snowbirds.

Thank you for checking! We actually found a place (a little over budget) but they had a cancellation and we snapped it up. We got a 2BR unit at Plaza Dorada Condos. Hopefully they are nice. Be there in 2 days! Who hoo :lol:

Plaza Dorada is a nice building. Right next to Parque Lazaro Cardenas, and above Dacquiri Dicks restaurant. You also have a liquor store (Super La Playa) and an ATM on the ground floor of the complex too, with a cybercafe at the south corner below the small budget hotel next door.

Very handy to everything.

And you also have Burros Bar right next door, a great place for sunset happy hour!
