Attention to the client of the TULES are DISHONEST peoples. We paid in advance a master room by 4 nights. They assured to us that they had availability, but, they forget to say to us that we would have to change 3 times of room in 4 nights! a nightmare! They had giving tumbles to us! and above nor they apologized! Logical that if had said to us that they did not have a same room to the 4 followed nights, we had not contracted them because if something exceeds in PV it is lodging. The rooms are old fashioned and they smell bad, until we had to buy Glade so perfuming it, smells of clean. So we recommended to you that when they assure to you that yes there is availability, it will be in the same room, and of the characteristics of which you have paid!!!!... ah! taken care of! its page Web is deceptive! the rooms do not look like in anything!
