The Marival is very nice indeed. And as a bonus. the ATM bus will drop you off on their way to Paradise Village. There is also a nice beach restaurant right beside it.

Just north of there, you can rent a private beach condo in Kite and they have 2 elevators. There is still a half flight of stairs to the elevator. And the etc Beach Club is right next door.

Generally NV is better for the knees than anyplace in PV.
