Mayan Palace P.V.

Has any one stayed here before? Is it a nice place? We have 2 weeks reserved in June and would like any information you have.

Yes, we are also staying at the Marina. We have never been to P.V. before as we have only been to the Cancun side of Mexico and loved it there but we wanted to try the other side. Is there any restaurants you would recommend? We like most anything. Thank you for the information.

We spent a week at the Mayan in PV in November, 2000. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel grounds and pool are nice and there is a small beach. We booked our room on skyauction and got a really good deal. The food and drinks there are a bit pricey and everything must be charged to the room. Be careful as not to get a big surprise at the end of the stay. They play games everyday and have a pottery painting booth. There is a great little taco stand across the street.
