Mayan Palace

We just bought a week through Skyauction.com. Has any one been there and do you have any tips, and/or pictures.

We were at the Mayan Palace in December 2003 for two weeks, loved it, the place is beautiful and so is the beach! I have lots of pictures of the resort if you would like me to send them.

What Mayan Palace are you referring to? We just returned from a week at the Grand Mayan and a week at the Mayan Palace marina. We have also stayed at the mayan Palace in Nuevo. Which one do you want to know about?

just got back from a week at the grand mayan. very very nice place. nuevo vallarta is very pretty with all the coconut trees. the mayan is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in p.v. smooth check in, we checked in about 3pm, before the rush and our room was ready. although the maids kept coming in to check to make sure everything was ok, so make sure you double bolt your door! the breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the service. we did not care for the heated pools, we want to have a refreshing swim, not a bath! if anyone has any questions, please feel free. the taxi into town was 160 pesos. and took about 30 minutes.
