Need to choose an alternative timeshare exchange

My sister and mother were in the same situation in February. We own at the Sheraton. They stayed at Puerto de Luna and it was satisfactory. It is not on the beach but you can cross the street and get there. The pool is OK and no restaurant onsite but one is very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the sheraton but not as bad as expected.

Thank you for the responses. We have managed to get into the Canto del Sol Plaza Vallarta, the only other timeshare 1BR available. Is this any good?
