I need a hotel, cheap and clean one night before our timeshare starts on new years day... any help or ideas?

In all honesty, pretty much.
The hotel I manage has long been full, and I am fielding phone calls and email from other places as well to see if I have space. I was receiving emails for \"blockout periods over the holidays\" as early as September.
New Years and the Saturday before Easter Sunday are pretty much guaranteed 100% occupancy, as well as most place have a minimum of 3 days to a week reservation.
The cheapest of the cheap do not take reservations and they are full as well, I drive by them all and made some phone calls. You may be able to find a place that day, but it will be a last minute cancellation. Good luck!
