most banks charge a fee for international interac items.. Royal Bank of Canada charges 5$ a pop.. better to take travellers cheques or pay for things usng visa

We are going to be at Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta oct 25 to nove 1 so let me know how you like it.

Thanks for the tips, I will post a review when I get back. My only real concern is the weather right now, but from what I can find out the rainy season is about over.

Anyone know what time high/low tide is this time of year?

They have a wonderful long, wide beach ( almost a mile). Lovely!!!

I got the best rates at the airport the last 2 times I was down there.
