Occidental Grand

Thanks to everyone that have been so helpful with info. Especially those of you that had posted pictures. Unbelievable!!

Going to the Occidental Grand (formerly the Allegro Nueva) the first week in January. Does anyone have any comments or info on the resort. I have never stayed in Nuevo Vallarta before, although we have been to PV 3 times and love it.

I am curious too, our group was to stay at the Sheraton and that is closed now. We got split up, half going to Occidental Allegro and half to Sierra next door. Both look wonderful, and will be interesting because we have never done AI before....will post after we return...on Nov 30.
