Guys, see my notes on the Crown Paradise, it sounds like just what you want. No kids, right on the beach, either oceanfront/oceanview are both fantastic for the view. We prefer the oceanview, with a great view of the bay and fantastic view of the town and mountains. I know I sound like a broken record (scratched CD) but I think for a 1st timer this is really a great AI, adult only, close to town (5 min cab $3.00usd). Hope you would like to try the CP as I think you would really like it.
