Ocho Cascadas in July

Started April 29, 2005 · 2,829 views · 2 posts
Hi, I am spending a week (my first time ) in PVR in late July. I am staying at a place called Ocho Cascadas. I have seen pictures which are beautiful, but my only concern is that the resort has no A/C as it is an open architecture. Has anybody stayed there, during the summer season. Is there a breeze from the ocean at night..I have heard it is very hot and humid ? Will the overhead fans be enough..or will I need to sleep in the pool in my unit to keep cool..hahaha? Any help or additional information would be GREATLY appreciated.. thanks Mike

Re:Ocho Cascadas in July
I have never stayed there but have been there to visit friends. The place is beautiful, lots of stairs though. As far as the weather it will probably be hot as H.... You should get a breeze as it is on the side of a cliff away from the downtown area. The weather this year has been unpredictable for the last year. Hot when it should be cool and cool when it should be hot so you never know, you might luck out.
