Does anyone know anything about Ocho Cascadas? We are going to PV at the end of the year. Just wondering if Ocho Cascadas is any good. Thank!

Ocho Cascadas is a group of individual villas that are all privately owned and very difficult to get in to. They are always booked. The only two companies I know that deals with them is either Trading Places or Casas and Condos. They are located in upper Conchas Chinas next door to Villa Quinta del Mar. Very classy villas.

The beach at Villa del Palmar is the same beach that Los Tules, Qualton, Fiesta Americana is on, as these properties sit right in a row in the hotel zone.
Paradise Village is nice, too far for my tastes and is a timeshare resort (!!). The beach is nice. It can get a little pricey from this hotel to town as it is on the other side of the airport approx. 25 from downtown PV. Shopping near the Paradise is also more expensive than shopping in the hotel zone or in the downtown area as well.
Ocho Cascadas is a beautiful place, but not on a beach. You would have to come \"down\" the mountain and go to Los Muertos beach. But the view is awesome from their and the accommodations are top notch!
