Omega Nautilus Vallarta Hotel

Does anyone know if this hotel is still part of the omega group? It is located in the marina area. Is this a nice hotel? If it is part of the omega group, what are the other hotels?

 There is not Omega Group any more, this company has broke last year, and let the hotels that have work with them with a lot of problems.
