Ongoing construction at the Buenaventura Hotel

Does anyone know when the construction at this hotel is due to be completed? There have been many unhappy vistors to this hotel recently according to Trip Advisor reviews. My wife and I plan to be staying next door at the Villa Premiere in late Nov. and hope to be relaxing around the pool. Many of the complaints have to do with the jack hammering happening at the Buenaventura pool which is basically a stones throw away from the pool at the VP. Thanks!

I was to stay there starting tomorrow but due to the construction and renovations I have been moved. I have talked to the Bueanaventura directly and I was told that the hope to have all renovations completed by the first week of November all the rooms are done just the pool one bar and resturant are the only things left. Hope this helps you out

Just got back so Id thought Id fill you. The Buena is still under renovations
when I was there last saturday the side that faces the Premiere is completed and that is where there are putting guest now the pool decks have all been done. So I think the only noise you will here is is from the other side of the Buenaventura as they are doing that side now. We walked to the pool at the Premiere and we heard nothing even though they are doing renos. Hope this helps.

Well from what I was told when I was there they had just started the South side of the hotel for remodel. The best I can suggest is to phone them directly this is easier said than done, they are hoping for a Feb completion date. Other than that I have seen personally weddings that have been there and they did a nice job for the happy couples. As for nightly entertainment they dont have any but you are so close to all the bars walking distance I dont think you will need any and for hotel bars they have one that is open till 11:00pm
