Playa Del Sol Grand

Will be at the PDSG in July. Can anyone tell me if this is a good resort? Food, service, etc? Should I rent a car or depend on the buses and taxis to get to and from the resort?

Looks like a great place, would like to try it sometime, if I stop getting really fantastic deals thru Funjet for the GCP.
