Playa los Arcos Hotel &Suites Beach Resort , comments?

Does anyone have an opinion about this place? It sounds like a great location tho I read a few negative comments about it as well as several good ones.
We are travelling with a small group to PV (most of us first timers). We will arrive on 3/19/05 and be there for a week.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I am also planning to stay there, buy my question is for the SUPERIOR 1 BEDROOM. do they have a sofa bed in the livingroom
to sleep? is it like a 1bdroom then the livingroom/dinning room?
