Playa Los Arcos Suites

Hi there,
Has anyone stayed at Playa Los Arcos Suites in the downtown area? We have stayed at the Sheraton time share for the last 12 years but now that Hotel is closed due to the hurricane. We look forward to staying downtown and experiencing a new area. Please advise if you know the property. Also, has anyone been in the mountain village of Paso Anchos? Wondered if it sustained hurricane damage.

We stayed at Los Arcos about 4 years ago! This was before they refurbished the place. We had a corner room on the street and it was quite noisy at nite --but the room was always clean with lots of fluffy towels and the location was ideal!! Your right in the midst of wonderful PV! The staff was friendly and helpful! I hear the place has been completely refurbished as of last year -- go for it -- but if you want quiet at nite go for a room away from the street!

Thanks for the response! It always helps to hear from others who have been there. The Sheraton was very quiet...almost too quiet...and we hope we will experience a really different atmosphere. We love the downtown! Have a great new year. CLB
