Plaza Mar Condos

Has anyone stayed in this building?
We have seen a couple of condos available for October when we bext hope to visit PV. The location sure looks good enough, just wanted to see if anybody had any experiences to relate.

The Plaza Mar is okay, but if you go in the summer and are on one of the condos facing the side, some of them are very hot!!!! Try to rent at Vista Del Sol. 8)

If you rent at VDS, try to get a unit that ends with 06 or higher to avoid the construction noise from the Molino De Agua condo project.

Plaza Mar is wonderful, only regret is the sometimes the music at the bar beside Burros can be somewhat ... well.. you be the judge. :lol:

Apparently, not only is the music annoying at the bar beside Burros, but they are scamming and trying to add \"IVA tax\" to your bill, which is illegal. Be aware! Let your feet make the decision.
