Plaza Pelicanos rebuilt or not?

If anyone have been to Plaza Pelacanos how is the construction comming along.
Plaza Pelacanos Grand Beach Resort (Plaza las Glorias) are the timeshare sections totally rebuilt?

Hi! We will be arriving there the first weeks of Feb. 04, anyone have any recent news on how things are looking as far as beaches etc. go around this hotel? I know the beach situation can change overnight... (seen it happen!) How are things in general?
