Punta Arena Resort

Heading down to PV for 7th trip at the end of Jan/06 for 2 weeks. Found a great deal for the Punta Arena . We have read many
mixed reviews.. Complaints of noise around the pool, buffet food problems etc.
We certainly do not expect 5* service at a 3* resort(no offence to anyone), but some people do.

Does anyone have any recent infor about this resort.

 We stayed at Puenta Arena 2 years ago. The area is perfect, as you can walk to downtown. The resort is small but well kept. The food on the other hand is not worth your money. Our travel agent advised us to move to another Hotel when we were there, but we had only a few days left and did not want to pack up. We had grandchildren with us. We would not return. There are lots of nice hotels is PV that cost the same and are much more value for your money. We have stayed at several in the area over the last 8 years .
