Punta Club Arena

Can Someone PLEASE help!!! We are trying to find info on the Punta Club Arena, we are scheduled to arrive on Nov 9th, we have emailed and faxed the hotel and have not recieved any reply!!! We are 1st time visitors to PV and are determined to come no matter what .... but understand that we will be close to the BlueBay Getaway and the Sheraton who are both having major problems, and the fact that the hotel will not reply is scary to say the least... can anyone help PLEASE !!!!!

We have been at this hotel for the past 4 years from 4 to 6 weeks and enjoyed it.
They are next door to the Blue Bay Club.
They are also slow to respond to post mail and e-mails but respond faster to fax.
The correct name is \"Costa Club Punta Arena\" and their fax number is: 011 52 322 222 0414.

5. FIESTA AMERICANA Closed for 2 or 3 weeks

7. PLAZA PELICANOS In two weeks one of the buildings
8. LAS PALMAS Closed until Dec. 20
9. CONTINETAL PLAZA Closed until Dec. 02

Many thanks to all that replied, we just got comfirmation today from our agent that we are being transferred to the Riu Jalisco for our trip, we have mixed emotions about this, we really wanted to be closer to \"downtown\" PV to really experience everything that we have been learning through this and other boards, but we are really happy to everything settled finally!!!
