Rancho Banderas Is it OK?

Can anyone give me any inside information regarding Rancho Banderas Vacation Villas. We are considering going there next July. We have 2 teenage sons and we need to make sure they will enjoy themselves.

Hi all, we are back from our WAY TOO SHORT vacation. Yes, we own at Rancho and have been going back every year for the past 4 years. Your teenage sons should have a blast. You are kind of \"secluded\" (no big stores, shopping, entertainment, etc.) but that is why we enjoy it so much, get away from the crowds. There are two \"swimming\" pools and two \"lounging\" pools (chairs in about 1 ft of water, ahhh heaven). For your boys, there are activities at the resort such as pool vollyball, boogie boards, etc. They will enjoy the pools and especially the beaches. The beach is one of the best beaches in the area, not really crowded at that time of year. We went in July of last year and in August of this year. It does get a little hot but the afternoon rain storms are awesome. The restaurant is as casual (no swimwear) or as fancy as you want to get. They have dinner specials every night (ie mexican fiesta night, bbq night, lobster night, etc.) Check out ranchobanderas.com and you can see what it looks like and what they have to offer. Seems I always have problems sending pics via email but am always willing to try. By the way, vacation this year was awesome as usual. Ate and drank way too much, too much sun hahaha, isnt that what PV is all about?
