Re Hotel Pelicanos Puerto Vallarta

I am going to pv in March and my mom husband and I are staying at the above. Any suggestions on where to go what to bring wear?
What will the weather be like if anyone knows great. I am from Canada.

I just came back and found that I brought 6 pairs of dress shorts, couple or three of swim suits, two pairs of long casual pant, various Tees and short sleeve casual shirts and two warm semi light sweaters for nighttime. A light windbreaker may also be good to bring. Weather during the day is warm and hot 25 - 32 degrees C. At night it only drops to 15-20 but feels coller due to the heat of the day. BTW humidity is not an issue there. Hope this helps.
