Yes you can walk down the street with a beer in a cup. I dont know if it is legal or not?! I did all the time without the polica arresting me! Anyways have fun!

We just got back last night from our week in PV. I regularly walk around downtown with a BOTTLE of XX in my hand. When it is empty I stop in the next \"Six\" store and trade it for a full one. My Wife read that they will be soon starting to enforce the law with a fine. How much? I have no idea. How soon? Still no idea. I walked right by federalies and police on foot everyday with a bottle in my hand. No problems there.
As for the red tide. NO MORE!!!! It is gone gone gone. We swam everyday but once and that was beacuse we were on a cruise.
Have fun. I wish I was going back right away but I have to wait 340 more days to return for the 4the time.
