Resort "Canto del Sol Plaza Vallarta"
Does anyone know the Canto del Sol Plaza Vallarta? I think at Las Glorias. Could you recommend it? Is there sand at that beach? or will there be sand there early July?

I know of the Canto Del Sol (formally Continental Plaza) in the hotel zone. I was there in February and the beach was good. One day there was a lot of rocks but they cleaned it up right away. Some construction was still going on on the first floor but did not bother us in the two weeks we were there. The beach is shorter than it used to be due to the hurricane but still plenty of room.
This was my second time at this hotel and I would recommend it. Staff is great. Bus stop is a block away, downtown a 20 minute walk, marina a 20 minute walk.
