The website said something about a fitness room and spa. Do they actually have a fitness room and spa (i.e., massages, steam room, jacuzzi)?

I leave Sat 11/22. Apple Vacations informed me yesterday that Grand Vellas has bumped my reservation along with others.
Apple has offered my $$$ back, which will do me no good when u have a family vacation all planned and packed for.
They also offered to put us up in the Riu...need info. Someone said the beach was dirty, is it true Please share what you can. How s the food? Rooms? It looks NOT GREAT!!
The Grand Vellas was perfect looking...and I had shared their images with my teenaged daughters so now we are all apprehesive. We planned this for months!!!
