RIU JALISCO TRIP REPORTS? COMMENTS? CONCERNS?

Hi Everyone:

My husband, myself and two girls ages 8 and 10 are headed to the Riu Jalisco for a week at the end of May. I cannot get ahold of the gentleman who said he had a nice long trip report on the Riu so I am sending off a message to see what everyone thought.
We are just so excited to come to PV again....have been at the Golden Crown Paradise without the kids (obviously) and have never been to a family resort . Needless to say we are wondering what it will be like. I LOVE this board. There is so much info and you are all so friendly! Thanks in advance, Ann

Although I have not stayed at this Resort personally I do know several couples who stayed there with their children.
The kids were very close in age to yours.
They had nothing but praise for this Resort.
Food was great and plentiful. Staff very friendly but most of all I heard praise for the Manager of this Resort.
