Royal Decameron Costa Flamingos E-Mail Address

I would like to e-mail the Royal Decameron Costa Flamingos office to request specific building choice and room level for our visits in December and January. My wife and I are physically challenged and cannot easily climb stairs and we would like Building #1 with the oceanview on ground floor.

a good point \"kinglair\", another thing that happens too, is that one booking will get dropped and another booking will be made and could be at a different rate, or could be dropped and you are now out of a room... if you booked thru a travel agent or charter company have them deall with all your requests this time... and once you start going year after year and build the relationships with the management and staff, then you will be able to make these kind of requests easily enough....
