Royal Decameron of Blue Bay Club

All I know is the Decameron is about 20 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta, this is not a problem.
Would like to know what resort is best for food, entertainment, beaches, water sports?

We just returned from the Decameron...Not impressed with the Resort but loved the area.....
