Royal Decameron

We are leaving for PV on Saturday and staying at the Royal Decameron. Are there banks or banking machines near there? Do they exchange money at the hotel? Is the market in Bucerias open every day or only on Sundays? From all the comments the resort sounds great!

Thanks for the help. Do you know if there is a banking machine at the bank ? The town sounds great! We are really looking forward to the R & R.
