If you mean do they take you to and from the resort as part of your package? The answer is yes.
I agree with onedaypvtostay ...with a package shuttles are included.

raybaily...no included shuttle at the RDC, but yes there is a paid shuttle that takes you each day (except sunday) from the resort to downtown
PV...I think they depart RDC at 09:00 and return at 14:30...cost is about
$8 CDN per person round trip...cab should be no more than $20 CDN one way, however, for a bit of an adventure you can walk the kilometre out to the highway and catch the bus (one transfer though)...or better yet, head North...Bucerias and Sayulita await you...sonofdob.
