SanMarino AAI

Does anyone know what the difference is between Almost All Inclusive and All Inclusive at the San Marino? There is a package at the San Marino for the same price as the Buenaventura but it says AAI. When I look into it at Sunquest it says that food and drinks are included so what the heck is the difference? :?

If you were to pick between the San Marino or the Buenaventura which would you choose?

Thanks in advance.

We´ve stayed in both. Buenaventura is a much nicer hotel but the San Marino´s location practically next door to CyC´s and a very short walk to Andales can´t be beat. Sorry, I don´t know what AAI means but I do know that, when I stayed there in 2003, the food at the San Marino was adequate at best, while the Buenaventura was usually much better.
Hi,
I stayed at the SMP in Jan/Feb 2001. As far as I know:
AAI = food & drink
AI = food, drink, exercise classes, beach sports, possibly evening entertainment, etc

If you go with Sunquest you will certainly get the transfers.
When I asked the question ..how far is Andales in walking distance from the San Marino ..I did not ask because Helen is a party animal :shock: but because we know this wonderful man that has breakfast there every morning... (Dave in paradise)and I know he would enjoy her company.. :)
Helen does this mean you have decided to travel on your own? Good for you if the answer is yes!
