Oh i am sure there are other hotels etc that deserve \"renovations\" but not like the Peninsual or the Venetian towers do you think?

I own at Villa Del Palmer / Flamingos.
We originally bought into Villa Del MAR in 1999, and were told at that time we could only buy in for 15 years because they were going to tear down Villa Del Mar and rebuild.
Since then,I have not heard anymore about it. :?
