When people take a vacation, and there is alcohol and hot sun and romance in the air, (expecially in PV) these things are bound to happen. People are in love and young at heart,, they arent tryign to do this to impress anyone but to divulge in their own vacation.
I agree that its not the responsibility of the hotel to be like hawks to watch out for discretive activities.. If Roddy had a problem, then he should have requested an exclusive \"FAMILY resort\"
