Solare Vallarta Sunset Bay

Anyone have any information or stayed at Sunset Vallarta Sunset Bay> Will be there on vacation October 30 - November 6th.
Also, does anyone have suggestions for things to do for Day of the Dead festivities?

Myself and my family will be going there mid December. I called the hotel (011-52-322-297-1500) and they said there would be no major construction at that time.
