We are looking for a Condo in the South Beach area for 8 nights (November 12 - 20th) then moving back into Town to the Premier for two weeks. Any recommendations -- I like the Punta Negra area by all internet accounts!

Some of the condos will only allow week to week rentals (7 nights) to keep their reservations straight, but there are many that will allow \"odd\" number night reservations.
I have friends that stay at the Quinta Maria and they love it, also Costa Vida. Loma del Mar could be a good choice as well.
The Presidente Intercontinental is not a condo but a gorgeous hotel, I think now adult only, on a fabulous beach. All the rooms are going \"sensory-therapy\" and are really cool! Just something to also consider.
