What did you people expect ?????
It never ceases to amaze me that people get a deal and a cheap hotel and are disgusted that when they get there it is a dump.....Repeat after me you get what you pay for ...
There are about 30 bad reviews of this dump on all sorts of travel sites , if you pick a resort without doing any research but just because it was cheap then ...you get what you pay for \"
As for asking a travel rep for assistance ..good luck they are there to only sell you tours and take your money not to help you ....next time stay at a better resort ( costs more money though) and do a lot of research .
