Still Looking for Christmas Advise

Would appreciate input from anyone previously enjoying Christmas in PV, what hotels/resorts did you find that were somewhat within there normal price range? We will be going to PV in May and can check some of them out. We are tried and true Golden Crown Paradise returnees but are open to new suggestions for Christmas. We have stayed at the Premier, Dreams, Qualton and a small B& B previously.

The non-resort local hotels seem to jump there room rates only a few dollars for the two weeks at Christmas. As an example I checked both Hotel Eloisa and Posada Roger, which went up by >$10. That said, these are simple places not at all like the other resort hotels you mentioned before, so very possibly not what you are seeking.
