Sun Getaway

Just wondering if anyone knows the extent of the damage to the Sun Getaway (formerly BBG) and when it will be opening again. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Heard from another BB the BBG wil not open till nov 15th :(
also heard by Leone (check chat on this BB) major damages at BBG...:(
Hoping evrything in PV will be corected soon ... thinking about those marvelous people

The link on home page gives status of all hotels. Sun Getaway is closed until Dec. 20.

Just noticed that the Sun Getaway will open on Dec. 6th.....is the beach still there ( hope this is not a stupid question! Any info will helo...we are booked in there for 2 weeks at Christmas. Any info is appreciated!

 ** I was at the Sun Getaway when the hurricane hit -- huge waves destroyed
the restaurants, the pool, alot of the first floor rooms and the lobby area.
Quite the experience !!!!!!!

So they will need at least a month to clean it up

other than that, the vacation before that was good
