We were also switched from Las Palmas by Signature Vacations a few weeks ago. Leaving January 7. No problem. They upgraded us to an AI in Nuevo Vallarta. Not quite where we wanted to be, but we are looking forward to exploring a new area.
We were quite assertive with our travel agent and made sure she knew that we knew what was going on. You can try calling the wholesaler if you are booked through a package.
