We are going to PVR mid December for 10 days with our 17 year old son. Looking for a condo, the kind of place that would be easy for our son to connect with other teens. BUT, we really do not wish to stay at an all inclusive resort. We like swimming/play in the water at the beach, a tennis court would be a great plus, and we are adventurous people. We want to have easy access to downtown. Either to stay there or bus transportation that puts us within 5-10 minutes.
