The good and the bad about six hotels in PV

I`ve been to PV five times to beautiful PV since 2001, here`s a short review of each one: Hacienda, the good: the pool is excellent no cold no hot, just great! .Delicious food, Service The bad: It is not a beach front hotel . San Marino . the good: location is the best you can have , the pool staff, the beach is the best in PV, The bad: it doesnt have shows ,boring at nights, food regular. Star Bay resort in Bucerias: the good: the price , he hotel itself is gorgeous, the beach is good, water veru clear , the landscape, the bad : no restaurant or bar in the hotel and it`s too far from where the action is. Pelicanos Grand: the good. the night shows! the food, the location, service, the rooms and pools, The bad: the beach is too small and rocky, no palapas on it. Canto del sol .The Good, the hotel itself, The food, the best food I`ve ever tried in all PV hotels , the specialities restaurants are great, the rooms, service, gym, beach , staff, The bad: Too crowded, lines for almost everything if you go in high season.

My husband and I are going to Canto Del Sol March 12th - 19th with 2 other couples. Do you think the lines will be a problem during that time? How are the drinks, do we need to request doubles? And did you have to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants early (really early)?

Canto del sol is great! although the ocean waves are kinda rough, food yummy yummy , I don`t think lines will be a problem at the time u are going, btw, make your reservations as soon as u get there, the mexican and the italian restaurant are very good! if u wanna see a lot of pics of the hotel go to this website www.svedish.com
