Timeshare's to rent or timeshare deals

we have been going to pv for over 35 years and have seen it grow, and as allways there have been time share people in their tourist hutsetc selling the advantages of their property. i allways stop and talk withthem and give them a lesson in economics 101
6,000 invested for 20 weeks of time share sounds good but you also have to pay maintence of 100-200 per week SO invest the 6,000 at 10 percent gives you 500 per week for a hotel plus add another 100 for you tips and you are money ahead...you still have your 6,000 and can go whenever you want

with all respect I respect your opinion...that the time share presentation is not a life of Puerto Vallarta...

However....some people make a living on that BS business and unfortunately time share IMHO opinion is a ripp off!

Please do your own homework and math...then please let me know how your investment
for example of $$$ 169000.00 USD at Mayan Palace can bring you money worth vacation for the next 20 years ?????

BTW ...most these places are ...BORING!

Have you seen guests at those places?

Why I did not see any single guest smiling?
