Absolutely agree with you on everything what you have written.

BTW...200.00 $ USD received from \" time share sharks \" we spend on some beach vendors.
..so, the Mexican money (2000 pesos) stays in the country wchich need the most !

I have clean concience on that subject :)))

I wish I was retired! I did all those trips for 5 years straight while working 3 jobs, 40 hrs per week and teaching for two different school districts 4 nites a week. I honestly have never had any problems with exchanging out for other resorts. But I use II not RCI. I belonged to both and have used both but found better availability for exchanging through II so I did not renew my RCI membership.
