Torre De Oro Hotel soon to be Abbey Hotel.

Des & I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I hope the new owners inject a little $$ to give it a little face lift. The staff there were wonderful - I hope they get to keep their jobs. Hope they have much success with this venture.

Jenn is right on with her assessment of the Trop. right on the beach with a very nice open bar area. I have not seen the rooms but the lobby etc is very clean.
